Making a booking with payment through the Website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

2. Purpose and services
Through the Website, the user may book and pay for places at activities and events organised by The Hat Rooftop (tastings, gastronomic experiences, special events and similar). Each activity sets out its date, time, duration, location, price per place and number of available places. The booking grants the right to attend the specific activity for which it is contracted, on the date and time indicated.
3. Booking process
- The user selects the activity, the number of places and provides the required contact details.
- The user expressly accepts these Terms and the privacy policy.
- The user is redirected to the Redsys secure payment gateway to pay the total amount.
- Once the payment is confirmed, the booking is finalised and the user receives a confirmation email.
A booking is not considered confirmed until the payment has been authorised by the bank. If the payment is not completed, the places are not reserved.
4. Prices and taxes
All prices shown on the Website are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT and any applicable taxes. The applicable price is the one in force at the time the booking is made. The Hat Rooftop reserves the right to modify the prices of future activities, without this affecting bookings already confirmed.
5. Payment method
Payment is made online by credit or debit card through the Redsys secure payment gateway. Card details are entered directly into the bank's secure environment; The Hat Rooftop does not store or have access to full card data. The transaction is protected by security protocols and strong customer authentication (3D Secure).
6. Cancellation and refund policy
The customer may request the cancellation of their booking by sending an email to eventos@thehatrooftop.com, stating their name and the booking reference or details. The refund conditions are as follows:
- Cancellations more than 7 days before the activity date: the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations 7 days or less before the activity date: no refunds are granted, as the places are reserved exclusively and cannot be reassigned.
Approved refunds are processed using the same card and payment gateway (Redsys) used for the purchase, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from confirmation of the cancellation. The time for the funds to actually appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the issuing bank.
Non-attendance (“no show”) shall not be considered grounds for a refund: failure to attend the activity without prior cancellation does not entitle the customer to any refund.
7. Cancellation or changes by The Hat Rooftop
Should The Hat Rooftop be forced to cancel an activity (due to weather, force majeure, failure to reach a minimum number of attendees or other circumstances), the customer will be offered a change to a new date or a full refund of the amount paid, at the customer's choice. The Hat Rooftop shall not be liable for additional expenses (travel, accommodation or others) that the customer may have incurred.
8. Minimum age and consumption of alcohol
Some activities include the consumption of alcoholic beverages. In accordance with applicable law, the sale and supply of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age is prohibited. The Hat Rooftop may request identification proving age at the time of the activity and reserves the right of admission.
