Two Many Chefs · LIS (Na Num) & Irene Amat (Itama)
At The Hat Rooftop we love when things happen that don’t happen anywhere else. Fleeting, special, hard-to-repeat things. That’s why “Two Many Chefs: The Hat Rooftop Dinner Sessions” is back: a series of dinners designed to be enjoyed for just one night, under Madrid’s sky, with some of the city’s most interesting chefs.
On Tuesday, June 2nd we welcome LIS from Na Num and Irene Amat, from Itama pastry, for a proposal blending Korean cooking, contemporary sensibility and desserts that will linger in your memory long after.
A menu built to discover new flavours and be surprised at every turn: tomato, strawberries, choonjang and bacon; jangajji with ricotta and prawn bread; marinated salmon with rice and furikake; or a tteokbokki with cheese that mixes intensity, texture and pure comfort.
And to close, Itama’s sweet universe: chocolate and chipotle bonbon, doenjang tartlet, banana and stracciatella, and a fresh finish of lemon, mint and timur pepper.
A dinner for those who enjoy eating with curiosity, sharing plates, talking about flavours and watching the sun set over Madrid’s rooftops.
Because this menu will only happen once, and when it’s over it will be gone forever.
Book your seat today because spaces are very limited and the experience is designed for a small group.
Drinks included: two drinks to choose from beer, red wine, white wine or cocktail.
